Baked Sauerkraut

Ingredients

1/2 Pound Bacon
1 13 oz can Sauerkraut
1 15 oz jar Applesauce
1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Dry Mustard
1/4 Cup Dry White Wine
Dash Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon Paprika
6 Medium Pork Chops

Instructions

Cut bacon into small pieces and fry. Drain. Mix sauerkraut, bacon, applesauce, brown sugar, dry mustard, wine and pepper. Brown pork chops in bacon drippings, place on top of sauerkraut mixture and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350° for one hour.
