Ingredients
2 cups Bisquick
2/3 cups milk or water
2 tablespoons sugar
1 egg
1/3 cup Bisquick
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons firm butter or margarine
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°. Stir together 2 cups bisquick, milk or water, 2 tablespoons sugar, and egg. Pour into greased 9 inch round pan. Mix remaining ingredients for Streusel Topping; sprinkle over batter. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
