Ingredients
2 8 oz packages cream cheese
2 eggs
2/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 - 2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
Mix cream cheese, eggs, 2/3 cup sugar and vanilla. Beat at high speed until creamy. Pour into crust and bake at 375° for 25 minutes. Stir together sour cream, sugar and vanilla, pour over baked cheese cake and bake additional 5 minutes.
