Corn and Avocado Salsa

Ingredients
4 cups fresh or frozen corn kernels
1 tbsp fajita seasoning
1 tsp pepper
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
2 tbsp orange juice
3/4 tsp salt
2 ripe avocados, diced
Instructions
Saute corn, fajita seasoning and 1/2 tsp pepper in vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 6-8 minutes or until slightly golden brown. Let cool. Stir together corn mixture with all other ingredients except avocados. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes. Stir in avocados just before serving.
