Cranberry Salad

Ingredients
1 6 oz pkg Strawberry Jello
1 cup boiling water
1 20oz can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 16oz can whole berry cranberry sauce
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp grated lemon peel
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
Dissolve jello in boiling water. Drain pineapple, reserve juice, set aside. Add juice to jello. Stir in cranberries, lemon juice, lemon peel and nutmeg. Chill until mix begins to thicken. Fold in sour cream, pineapple and pecans. Pour into bowl coated with cooking spray. Chill 2 hours or until set.
