Cream Cheese Pound Cake

Ingredients

3 sticks margarine
1 8oz package cream cheese
3 cups sugar
dash salt
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla or lemon
6 large eggs
3 cups sifted cake flour

Instructions

Cream margarine, cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Add salt and extract and beat well. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition. Stir in flour. Spoon mixture into greased 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.
