Cream Cheese Salsa Chicken

Ingredients
3-4 frozen chicken breasts
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 medium jar salsa
1/2 packet taco seasoning
8 oz cream cheese
Instructions
Simply throw everything (minus the cream cheese) in a crock pot and cook on high for 4 hours (or low for 8). After the 4 hours, you should be able to 'shred' the chicken basically by just stirring it in the crock pot or using 2 forks. Add the cream cheese to melt over everything the last 20 minutes. Serve over rice or in tortillas. For a low calorie version, serve over a couple of cups of lettuce for a salad. Top with a few tortilla chips.
