Crock Pot Beef Roast with Peppers

Ingredients

2 Pound Beef Roast
Carrots
1 pkg. AuJus Mix
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
1/2 Jar Sliced Pepperoncini Peppers and juice
1 stick butter

Instructions

Line bottom of Crock Pot with carrots. Place beef roast on top. Sprinkle AuJus mix and Ranch Dressing mix over meat. Sprinkle peppers over that and pour in juice. Cut butter into several pieces and place on top. Cook on low for 8 hours.
