Crock Pot Lasagna

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
29oz can of tomato sauce
1 cup water
6oz can tomato paste
1 tsp salt (optional)
1 tsp dried oregano
8oz lasagna noodles, uncooked (1/2 of a regular pkg -10 uncooked noodles)
4 cups (16oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 cups (12oz) small curd cottage cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

Cook beef, onion and garlic together in saucepan until browned, then drain. Stir in tomato sauce, water, tomato paste, salt and oregano. Mix well. Spread 1/4 of meat sauce in ungreased slow cooker. Arrange 1/3 of noodles (uncooked) over sauce. Combine the cheeses. Spoon 1/3 of mixture over noodles. Repeat layers twice. Top with remaining sauce. Cover. Cook on low 4-5 hours.
