Fluffy 7 Minute Frosting

Ingredients

2 unbeaten egg whites
1 1/2 cups sugar
dash of salt
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon light corn syrup
1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla

Instructions

Combine egg whites, sugar, salt, water and corn syrup in top of double boiler. Beat about one minute or until thoroughly mixed. Then place over boiling water and mix constantly for 7 minutes, or until frosting stands in stiff peaks. Remove from boiling water. Add vanilla and beat 1 minute, or until thick enough to spread.
