Ingredients
3-4 pound chuck roast
1 packet Au Jus mix (McCormicks)
1 bottle of Octoberfest (or any dark beer or beef broth)
Instructions
Place chuck roast in crock pot. Mix Au Jus packet with one cup water and pour over roast. Pour beer over roast. Heat on low for 5-6 hours. Serve on toasted mini hogie rolls with provolone cheese.
