Hot Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

1 8oz package cream cheese, softened
1 14oz can artichoke hearts, drained
2 cups mayonnaise
1 3/4 cups grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Beat cream cheese at medium speed of an electric mixer until smooth. Mash artichoke hearts; add to cream cheese, stirring well. Stir in mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese. Spoon into a greased 11X7 inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve with assorted crackers.
