Ingredients

2 8 ounce packages cream cheese
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 1/2 dozen vanilla wafers
1 can pie filling

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°. Use muffin pans with cupcake liners. Bring cream cheese to room temperature and mix with eggs, sugar, vanilla and lemon juice. Put one vanilla wafer in bottom of each muffin cupcake liner. Fill one half full with cheese mixture. Bake 10 to 13 minutes. Cool then chill. Before serving top with canned pie filling.
