Jalapeno Pepper Jelly

Ingredients
1 cup hot jalapeno peppers - seeds and all
1 medium bell pepper
1/4 cup vinegar
6 cups sugar
8 ounces Certo
Instructions
Put jalapenos, bell pepper and vinegar in blender and blend. Put sugar in a saucepan - pour in blender mixture. Cook on low, stir to dissolve, boil slowly, skim off scum. Remove from heat. Add 8 ounces of Certo. Add 3 or 4 drops of green food coloring. Return to heat and bring back to a boil while stirring. Cool and pour into containers. Serve with crackers and cream cheese. Keeps forever. Needs no refrigeration.
