Ingredients
5 Cups Meat Sauce
1 Package (1 lb.) Lasagne Noodles
Boiling Salted Water
1 Pound Ricotta or Cottage Cheese
1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Pound Mozzarella, grated
Instructions
Prepare Meat Sauce. Cook noodles in salted water according to package directions until almost tender; rinse and drain well. Spread half the drained noodles over the bottom of a lightly oiled 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Using half of each of the remaining ingredients, spread alternate layers of each on top of the noodles. Repeat, starting with noodles and ending with mozzarella. Bake in a moderate oven, 350°, 30 minutes or until bubbling and hot.
