Lemon Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients
1 bottle (20 ounces) catsup (about 2 cups)
1 bottle (12 ounces) chili sauce (about 1 cup)
1 large onion, finely chopped (about 1 cup)
2 medium lemons, thinly sliced and seeds removed
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup prepared mustard
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons celery seed
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
Instructions
Heat all ingredients to boiling in 3 quart sauce pan; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes. Serve hot over cooked ribs, chicken, pork chops, hamburgers or frankfurters, or use as a basting sauce to spoon over meat. Cover and store in refrigerator up to one week. For longer storage, remove lemon slices and store in refrigerator up to 1 month.
