Nappa Cabbage Salad

Ingredients

2 packages Ramen Noodles
1 head Nappa Cabbage
1 green onion, sliced thin
8 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
8 tablespoons slivered almonds, toasted
4 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons pepper
2 tablespoons Accent
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup vegetable oil
6 tablespoons Rice Wine Vinegar

Instructions

Spread sesame seeds and almonds on cookie sheet and toast in 450 degree oven for 3 to 5 minutes. Break Ramen Noodles into small pieces. (Discard seasoning packet) Tear Nappa Cabbage into bite size pieces and mix with noodles, green onion, sesame seeds and almonds. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss lightly. Best when served immediately after adding dressing.
