Pineapple Pistachio Salad

Ingredients

1 cup mini marshmallows
1 20 ounce can crushed pineapple with juice
1 4 ounce package instant pistachio pudding
1 9 ounce Cool Whip

Instructions

Mix marshmallows and pineapple, let stand at room temperature for one hour. Beat with spoon. Add dry pudding mix and mix well. Fold in Cool Whip. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.
