Potato Wedges

Ingredients

1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/4 cup catsup
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 large potatoes, unpeeled
1/4 cup bread crumbs (optional)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425º. In small saucepan over low heat, melt butter or margarine; remove from heat; stir in catsup, mustard, paprika and salt until well mixed. Cut each potato into 4 wedges; slash each wedge crosswise at 1/4 inch intervals but do not cut through skin. Place potatoes, skin side down, on cookie sheet; brush potatoes with one third of butter mixture. Bake 35 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender, brushing potatoes occasionally with remaining butter mixture during baking. If you like, after last brushing with butter mixture, sprinkle potatoes with bread crumbs.
