Ingredients
1 1/2 cups butter
1 cup powdered sugar
3 cups flour
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300°. In large bowl with mixer at medium speed beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add flour and mix well. Put in 13x9 inch pan, press hard. Poke surface with fork, score into bars. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until golden. Cool in pan, cut along lines.
