Ingredients
2 cups (1 pound) cooked, crumbled Bob Evans Sausage (drain grease)
1 1/2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 (8 ounce) bottle Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
1 (2.25 ounce) can sliced black olives
1/2 cup finely chopped red pepper
1 package won ton wrappers (in produce department)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix first 6 ingredients and set aside. Lightly grease mini muffin pans (spray with Pam). Press won ton wrapper gently into each cup. Spray wrappers with Pam. Bake unfilled wrappers 5 to 7 minutes. Remove to baking sheet. Fill with meat mixture (at this point, either freeze or refrigerate). Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Can be reheated in microwave.
